Red and Moe strives to decrease its mark on the environment. We believe in simple cooking, simple eating, and simple living.
We buy our food from May through November from local farmers, we preserve food for the winter, and we make as much as possible from scratch. We believe that living a life and running a business that cares about the community, our health, and our planet are important enough to do everyday.
We recycle all of our glass, plastics, and paper.
Whenever possible, we use 100% recycled paper products from Eco Products and Green Home.
Our floors are cleaned each week with pure, sanitizing steam and a little old fashioned vinegar. No chemicals.
